Forced resizing of images

Hi there,

I'm in the middle of transferring some learning materials from another platform to Rise 360.

Every time I place an image in a block like proces, timeline, accordion or tabs, my images gets resized. This is so weird to me, as none of my images are wider then the max-width of the block.

As an example I have quite a lot of graphics sized 470x450px. When I place them in a block they are resized to a max size of 397x380px. Even taking responsiveness into account I don't see any reason for forced resizing unless the image is wider than max-width.

It's as if every single image (or embedded iframe for that matter) needs to have a size ratio of about 10:6. Else I run into trouble.

Is there any way to circumvent this?

    Hi  Sune.

    I understand you need help with your images when uploaded into Rise 360. What happens to the images? Are the important details getting cut off? We would love to take a closer look; feel free to send us your images for testing here.
