Format Shape - Color
My option to select a color in the Format Shape just suddenly stopped working. I do not know how to fix it or if there is a way to fix it.

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you've run into this snag.
Are you currently working on multiple screens? If so, do you notice a difference if you move the Storyline 360 application to your primary screen?
As a troubleshooting step, I would recommend a repair of Storyline 360 to see if this helps address the behavior with the Format Shape color selector.
If the issue persists after the repair, would you be willing to make a recording of the issue so we can attempt to replicate it on our end? We'll be better able to help you once we know more about how it is encountered.
