Format Shape Fill isn't working

Mine is doing the same- first the color picker stopped working on my extended screens, now this- it's terrible and slowing me down on a deadline!

    Hi Karla,

    Sorry to hear about your experience. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

    • For the color picker issue, does it only happen when you work on your extended screens? Does moving the application to your primary screen allow it to work again?
    • Have you tried adjusting the 'Scale' value in your Display Settings to 100%? To change this setting, right-click on your desktop and select Display Settings. 

    • Are you able to consistently replicate the behavior using any shape, or does this only happen to certain shapes? 

    I'd also recommend doing a repair of Storyline 360 as an initial troubleshooting step. If this issue persists after doing a repair, open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening
