Formatting a shape isn't "sticking"

Has anyone else had this happen? For the past week when I have tried to change the fill color or line color of a shape (not always, but often enough), the changes don't remain. As soon as I close out the dialogue box the colors have reverted back to the original color. This is happening in projects that previously worked fine with a customized palette that I have used for over a year with no issue. 

I tried to uninstall and re-install Storyline; import into a new file; create a new master slide; create a new palette. None of them have fixed it.

    Same here. Articulate: Please don't try to "fix" things that aren't broken. The old palette worked just fine. How about looking at the feature requests people have been requesting for 10 years?
