Formatting slide Notes all at once
Hello all!
Good news! In Storyline 360 (Build 3.85.31840.0), you can now instantly update the formatting of all slide notes in your project.
From here, all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app!
If you run into any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support team in a support case.
Hi MaryBethMaid674,
Thanks for reaching out! I tested this on my end and am unable to replicate this behavior.
- What font are you using for your Notes?
- Where are you experiencing this behavior? I'm curious if this is while editing, in Review 360, or a published output.
- Is this happening with any other courses you're working on, or just this one?
I'm curious if you experience this behavior if you import your slides into a brand new .story file.
I'd be happy to look at your file to gain a better understanding of your setup. You can share your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
We are using Ariel 12 for the font.
Experiencing this after publishing in Review 360... seems limited to just one slide.
I've had it happen before...
I copied the slide over to a new file so I could upload it to Support...
and wiped out the Notes text, and repasted.
That seems to have resolved the problem.
I have no idea what caused it in the first place...
Here's an image of what was going on

Hi MaryBethMaid674!
Thanks for following up. Glad to hear the issue has been resolved!
I tested this again, with 12pt Arial font, in the Notes panel of a new Storyline course. All of the text wrapped, and displayed as expected.
If the behavior pops up again, and you're already working with locally-stored .story files, a repair of your Storyline installation may help. If that doesn't do the trick, please connect with our team through a support case.
Have a great rest of your week!
