Hi Laura,

Which version of Storyline do you use? The interaction was build with Storyline 360. 
Are you using this version or Storyline 2?

Thanks for your reply Paul. I am so green with all things Articulate, that I didn't even know I needed to have Storyline :-). Fortunately, I have now downloaded it and can open your tool. My aim here is to get a general understanding so bit by bit I’m learning 😊. Thanks again.
