If your course is only encountering issues when it is uploaded to vector/convergence LMS, you'll need to reach out to the support team of your LMS so they can help address the behavior. It may help to enable the LMS debug logs of your course before uploading to your LMS so you can see what data is being communicated by the course. Here's how:
