I'm sorry you are having this issue! Since you tested your course in SCORM Cloud and everything is working as it should, that would suggest that the issue is with the LMS. Have you checked in with them to get their input on the issue?

So I worked out using Uncanny owl software how to keep learners place. But, since some updates, its stopped working. Any suggestions on how to keep the learner's place? A resume button doesn't work as it won't feature on learndash pages.
