Getting Rise 360 Courses To Complete In LearnDash

Hi Jane,

I'm sorry you are having this issue! Since you tested your course in SCORM Cloud and everything is working as it should, that would suggest that the issue is with the LMS. Have you checked in with them to get their input on the issue?

So I worked out using Uncanny owl software how to keep learners place. But, since some updates, its stopped working. Any suggestions on how to keep the learner's place? A resume button doesn't work as it won't feature on learndash pages.

    I still have this problem - all the lessons are complete, but the users can't download their certificates as it isn't appearing as 'complete' in the learner's account. Any suggestions?

      I haven’t tested this but you could try adding an exit course button in your Rise course. That might trigger the completion. Also check what course completion settings you have when publishing. If you have it marked as quiz completion maybe switch it to the other option.
