Getting stuck in a Rise knowledge check section
Hi, experts!
Might you have any idea why I get stuck in a knowledge check section where I've met the required score to complete? I've attached the error for visuals.
Here's what I've tried doin...
So, in answer to your questions:
- I have not been able to replicate the behaviour in a newly created Rise course, in that everything I have tested behaves exactly as it should.
- I have also imported the Knowledge Check lesson into a new Rise course and it behaves correctly in both the original and new versions of the course.
- I have uploaded the course to SCORM Cloud and it performs as expected.
- The user was running the course in MS Edge and I have recommended them trying it in Google Chrome (as well as trying it after they have cleared their browser history/cookies). Waiting to hear the outcome of this last point.
