Getting stuck in a Rise knowledge check section
Hi, experts!
Might you have any idea why I get stuck in a knowledge check section where I've met the required score to complete? I've attached the error for visuals.
Here's what I've tried doin...
So, in light of all the above, I'm inclined to think this is an isolated user issue, rather than related to Rise. However, it has been a really useful process, to analyse all of the options - so thank you for your guidance. Very much appreciated.

The course performing as expected in SCORM Cloud is a good indicator that this behavior is LMS-specific. Or related to the individual end user in some way. I suggest connecting with your LMS admin, to see if they have any additional insight on this hiccup.
