Gifs aren't working in my presentation
Hi all,
I have added a gif into one of my articulate presentations but there are a couple of problems. The first is that a black box surrounds the gif even though there isn't one in the gif. I have attached an image of this problem.
The second problem is that the gif doesn't actually move. It appears as a still image. I have tested it on powerpoint and other softwares and the gif works normally.
Could somebody help please?
