Glow on Shape Not Working if Fill is Transparent

Thanks so much for reaching out! 

I have a quick question about your setup. Do you have a visible shape outline for your shape? I understand that you currently do not have a fill color or transparency.  

In the meantime, I wanted to walk you through a quick Peek on how to use the glow effect  without a fill color present for the border and the shape itself.
