Having issues getting a course to mark complete on BVS LMS

Hi Janelle,
I'm happy to chime in! I don't see anything wrong with the triggers, though it can also work without the one on the Rectangle, as the user will most likely click the Hotspot. We have to make sure that the learners are reaching the final screen and they are clicking the Exit Course button.
Can you share your Storyline file with us so we can look closely at what you have set up and run some tests? You may also share it with us privately by sending it along here.
