Help! my course is gone, How do i get it back?
In 2020 I created an online learning environment with this platform. I had used a freetrial period, which meant that after a while I would no longer be able to use the course. However, now, 4 years later, I need the course for a school assignment. I still have the link (https://rise.articulate.com/share/Acvo4ByCJvtIAkSsOwRji6xNd3eiAs14#/) and the account, but the link is no longer usable. Is there a way to get this back? :(
When a free-trial period ends, or when someone lets a license expire, Articulate deletes their content after 6 months. There's no way to get it back.
