Help! my course is gone, How do i get it back?
In 2020 I created an online learning environment with this platform. I had used a freetrial period, which meant that after a while I would no longer be able to use the course. However, now, 4 years ...
When a free-trial period ends, or when someone lets a license expire, Articulate deletes their content after 6 months. There's no way to get it back.
That's as per the Terms of Service (https://www.articulate.com/360-terms-of-service/ ).
