Help please! How to roll back to previous version of Articulate 360
Hi, I downloaded the new version and now I am getting errors (using storyline) when I try to change the most basic of things such as text, text-to-speech, even when I go to preview a slide. I filled in some of those error messages that pop-up: "what were you doing when." Tried closing down, shutting computer down etc. etc. Thanks for any help, I am on a deadline.

I reinstalled prior version: But the errors seen when the new version was installed remain, it was all working perfectly yesterday. Please advise.
