Help! Trigger to change state of an object is changing a different object?!

I've looked at this so many times, I deleted and recreated both objects, deleted and recreated all the triggers but still... This is a Tic Tac Toe game that I downloaded from this site (amazing, I love it!) and it was working but all of a sudden on item 6, when the correct answer is selected (False) and then I click Continue on the resulting layer, the state of smiley 5 will change to correct, not smiley 6. But when the incorrect answer is selected and I go through the steps to continue, the state of smiley 6 will change to incorrect. Both have triggers to change the state of smiley 6.

I don't know what is wrong with it but I need to get this figured out before next week so if anyone can help me I would be so grateful!
