Hi, my name is Rambabu.
When we run the accessibility course in Articulate Storyline 360 on iPhone and iPad, issues occur, such as the custom launch button not working and incorrect focus order in some places. How can we resolve these?

What you provided is the same as what I had done earlier. It works fine on Desktop, as I mentioned in my previous comment, but the issues are occurring on devices such as iPhone, iPad, and Android mobiles—not on Desktop. Please help me with this.Thanks for sharing more detail here, RambabuDevan995.
Just chiming in alongside Sam, especially since you’re seeing this behavior specifically on mobile devices.
On devices like iPhones, iPads, and Android mobiles, interactions can behave a bit differently compared to desktop environments.
For the custom launch button, one thing to keep in mind is that mobile devices rely on touch interaction, so it’s important that the button:
- Has a clear “user clicks/taps” trigger
- Is visible and included in the Focus Order panel
- Doesn’t rely on hover states or desktop-only interactions, such as mouse-over effects or right-click actions
If it’s already set up that way and still not working on mobile, it would be helpful for our support team to take a closer look at your Storyline file and test it across devices. You can reach out to them here so they can investigate further.
Hi RambabuDevan995 focus order is managed via the the Focus Order panel under the Home tab.
Selecting the option will open the Focus order panel allowing you to change the reading order of all assistive technology visible elements on the slide. You can also use this panel to remove elements that should not be visible to assistive technology.
You will have to provide some more information about the Custom Launch Button. Is this button in Storyline? If so, provided it has a "users clicks" trigger added to it, and appears in the Focus Order panel, it should function.
