Hi Studio, Presenter 360 Users: Button activation location issue
We have the same issue--Articulate Presenter SCORM 1.2 content (published ~4-5 years ago) hosted on SuccessFactors Learning, desktop Edge or Chrome browser.
The same courses work fine in:
- Safari on mobile
- when tested at cloud.scorm.com
- when using mobile mode in desktop Edge and Chrome (F12, Ctlr-Shift-M)
Unfortunately republishing hundreds of courses will be a major pain. Are there any other solutions?

Thanks for reaching out! I understand that republishing multiple courses might be difficult, but doing so will ensure your courses work on modern platforms. Studio 360 and most browsers have received updates since you last published your courses, so the first troubleshooting step we'd recommend is to republish them. The courses working fine in SCORM Cloud could also indicate LMS-specific issues your LMS admin must address. Let us know how republishing goes!
