Hiding Sensitive Information in Screencasts

I'm creating a tutorial in Storyline using screencasts. Is there a way to cover up or blur person information on the screen? I've been doing it manually by taking a screenshot & blurring ou...
The problem is that I need to blur - not obliterate the options. Also the video says to save a frame from the simulation by right clicking. Then I could blur manually in photoshop. But that is simple not an option in Storyline 360. So I am stuck.
