Hotspot Help
Hi All!
Our goal is to create a graded question using multiple hotspots but after watching instruction videos we are struggling.
We are able to create a hotspot that when clicked shows correct or incorrect.
Problem 1: After selecting, the hotspot goes neutral again so the learner doesn't know when they have selected one of four answers.
Problem 2: we need the hotspot question to be graded as one question requiring four correct clicks on the picture for a total point value of X. In essence we want a multiple response hotspot. Currently the learner is awarded points for each click and that is exceeding our desired total point value.
HELP!! SOS!! Help these newbies out, please.

The answer in Ron's blogs is a good one: create a Freeform Pick Many question.
FYI: The nice thing about using shapes as the clickable items (instead of hotspots) is that you can give a shape a Selected state.
So, for example, the Normal state could be 99% transparent, so it's clickable but not visible. And for the Selected state, you could add something that indicates the item has been Selected (for example, add a checkmark, a glow around the shape, a visible fill to the shape, etc.)
Note: Because Selected is a built-in state, it will work automatically. The first time the user clicks the Normal state, it will automatically change to Selected. If they click it again, it will automatically change back to Normal.
