How can I quickly translate audio from multiple slides from one language to another?
You can get quick flat-robotic recordings of alternate languages right from Google Translate. Not recommending it at all, just pointing out that it exists. VYOND also has a built-in vocoder you could try out.

We do a lot of our safety courses in just two languages, English and Spanish, and that alone requires work. It is cumbersome, but if you're going to introduce alternate languages, it shouldn't be at the cost of the quality of your course. The experience should be clean and correct in both languages.
This means that onscreen elements that coincide with narration will have to be adjusted to work with the new rhythm and timings of the second language. More work.
Each language has a unique rhythm, grammar style, and usually the same sentence (idea) in one language is a completely different "length" and rhythm delivered in alternate language. So expecting to be able to just click a couple of buttons and get usable alternate languages you can just drop in is, in my opinion, ill-conceived. No offense intended.
