How can I set a button that stops my timer when I click on it ?
Can someone help me figure out how to stop my timer ( and finish the level )if I click on a button. I need then to link this button with the stars you can see below in a way that the player will get...

I took a closer look at your project file and saw that you have the following triggers in the timer layer:
This means that for the slide to toggle the visibility of this layer without affecting the other layers, you'll have to turn off this option in the Slide Master:
Turning this option off for the timer layer allows the timer to continuously function without affecting other layers present in the slide.
You'll also want to make sure that the 'Hide other slide layers' option is left unchecked in your layers to allow the timer layer to display properly.
I've attached a demo file so you can see how the changes that I mentioned affect the behavior of your slides.
