How can I use an external program to make an interactive training?
I am wanting to create an interactive training using an existing account opening/maintenance program. My end goal is to make a training where employees can "try" the new processes step by step and receive feedback in real time. Is this a possibility with Articulate?

Storyline includes a feature for screen recording, and that can be used as a video, as step-by-step slides, in try-it mode, and/or in test mode.
