How can learners upload a file?

Hi folks - I'm pretty new here and have been searching the site for an answer but haven't found one. If I have an assignment (e.g. an MS Word document) that my learners have to submit, what kind of ...

Thanks. Yes, my LMS has that capability, but I was hoping to have it inside of the course. Perhaps a future improvement?
