How did I do this feedback and how to fix?
Hi MaryJames-c3369! It looks like you've added a quiz question and need to change the feedback. I can definitely help! You'll need to go to the block to edit the content and then you can modify the feedback in the sidebar that appears. I've recorded a quick screen recording of these steps! and attached it to this reply!
Thank you for taking the time to look at my issue, but the label that says "Great Thinking" is assigned somehow to the button itself for the incorrect choice.
The text in red below can be edited in the course Label set.

I appreciate that KarlMuller was able to hop into this thread with a helpful screenshot. I want to share the steps to edit text labels in Rise 360.
1. Open the Label Editor: Open your course, click Settings, and select the Labels tab.
2. Choose or Create a Label Set: Use the drop-down to select a language or create a new label set by clicking Create New.
3. Customize Labels: Enter new text in the Custom Text column.
4. Close the Editor: Click Close to return to your course.
