How do I format a text entry object to look like a password field in Storyline 360
Greetings all,
Spent too much time searching around for the answer to a simple (hopefully) question (also checked on YouTube).
How do I format at text entry object so as the student types in the field, it shows **** instead of the characters they type. In other words, make the text entry object look/feel like a password entry field?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Cheers, Russell

When I've seen this question asked before, the answer was simple: format the field with a font in which all the characters look the same (e.g., "****" or "•••••").
I don't recall the name of the font(s) that were suggested, but I'm sure you can find one.

Thank you Judy for your reply. Sounds good in theory, but in searching through fonts, I was unable to locate a font set where all the characters are the same character, regardless of the character type. I had Microsoft Copilot also did a search and found the same negative results.
So, this discussion is still open for more input.

There's also this thread in the community: Converting input text to a password icon/asterisk as you type? | Articulate - Community
It mentions a font and also provides a JavaScript solution.

Greetings all,
I finally found a font that works for me. It is called "Password Dots" and is a small black circle, which is fine for my need. A font that has the asterix would be nice for some password fields that show the asterix instead of the dots.
