How do I turn off Review notifications every time someone makes a comment?

Hi,

I have a bunch of SMEs commenting on my Rises in Review. There are over 100 Rises just on one course alone. I get an email every time this happens, thus clogging up my email and it's now out of control. The only option I see is to get a daily or weekly summary. How do I turn off notifications completely? I don't need them. If there isn't a way, please make this a feature. I can't imagine why that wouldn't be an option.
