Review comments

Morning, is it just me, or have Articulate stopped allowing comments on previous versions of a file uploaded to Articulate review? I'm sure I've always been able to add to an existing comment, even if it's just to say new version uploaded, please test this again or similar. Now the comments are locked, even though I haven't resolved them... very frustrating!!!

    Happy to help! In Review 360, comments roll forward with each new version, meaning you can see comments for the version you selected and all versions before it. However, you can't add, edit, delete, resolve, or reopen comments in previous versions of an item. To perform these tasks, you'll need to switch to the current version of the content.
