360 Review not allowing external reviewer comments

Anyone else getting this issue - external reviewers can't enter comments (link is set to anyone with the link - no Articulate account required).

Was working fine last week.

Thanks

Having the same issue. Reviewers are stuck in a loop of clicking to comment, entering their email address, and then it does not allow them to leave any comments.

Happening across multiple review modules and multiple browsers.

  • Same issue here as well. Tried regenerating the links again but nothing seems to work. :(

  • Hi everyone,

We are investigating an issue where some reviewers without an Articulate ID cannot comment on Review 360 projects.

I apologize for the trouble, and I'll let you know as soon as everything's back to normal. For real-time status updates, please visit:  https://www.articulatestatus.com

  • Hi everyone,

We've identified the source of the issue. While we're waiting for the fix, your reviewers can apply the following workaround:

    1. Type your email address.
    2. Press the enter/return key.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have additional questions.

    Hi Eric,

Now it says "You do not have access to this item" for the reviewers.

Thanks for sharing what your reviewers are experiencing, Fredrik. I ran some tests and confirmed that the "Enter" key workaround works on my end.

After ensuring they're using the latest version of a supported browser, I recommend clearing the cookies for https://360.articulate.com/.

Let me know if that works for the reviewers. I'm more than happy to assist you further if needed.

I tested this to see if it was working using a valid non-Articulate ID.  The email seems to have been accepted but I can't type in this box.  No flashing text cursor appears, and it doesn't accept any input.

The link used and shared was generated with these permissions:

        Hello Andrew,

I'm happy to help! I appreciate you sharing what you see on your end.

I ran some tests with a non-Articulate ID email with the same settings as you have, and I could enter comments.

If you're already using the latest version of a supported browser, I recommend clearing your browser cookies or cache and seeing if it helps.

If the issue persists, could I have you connect with us in a case so we can determine what's happening? We'll reach out soon after we hear from you.
