360 Review not allowing external reviewer comments
Anyone else getting this issue - external reviewers can't enter comments (link is set to anyone with the link - no Articulate account required).
Was working fine last week.
Thanks

Having the same issue. Reviewers are stuck in a loop of clicking to comment, entering their email address, and then it does not allow them to leave any comments.
Happening across multiple review modules and multiple browsers. - Forte_eLearningCommunity Member
We have exact the same issue :(

Hi everyone,
We've identified the source of the issue. While we're waiting for the fix, your reviewers can apply the following workaround:
- Type your email address.

Hi Eric,
Now it says "You do not have access to this item" for the reviewers.- EricSantosStaff
Thanks for sharing what your reviewers are experiencing, Fredrik. I ran some tests and confirmed that the "Enter" key workaround works on my end.
After ensuring they're using the latest version of a supported browser, I recommend clearing the cookies for https://360.articulate.com/.
Let me know if that works for the reviewers. I'm more than happy to assist you further if needed.

I tested this to see if it was working using a valid non-Articulate ID. The email seems to have been accepted but I can't type in this box. No flashing text cursor appears, and it doesn't accept any input.

Hello Andrew,
I'm happy to help! I appreciate you sharing what you see on your end.
I ran some tests with a non-Articulate ID email with the same settings as you have, and I could enter comments.

If you're already using the latest version of a supported browser, I recommend clearing your browser cookies or cache and seeing if it helps.
If the issue persists, could I have you connect with us in a case so we can determine what's happening? We'll reach out soon after we hear from you.
