The retry timer does not reflect the number of questions they have to retry - Storyline 360
Hi all,
There's an issue with the quiz timer that's affecting the user experience. The timer is not adjusting to the number of wrong questions. For example, I've set a 1-minute time limit for learners to answer questions. If they get five incorrect questions out of 10, they have to retry the five questions. This should mean the timer adjusts to 5 minutes. However, it always resets to 10 minutes. The limit is 3 retries.
However, the timer always reset to 10 minutes.
Any idea to resolve this?

The timer will only ever reset to the set time, for that level of granularity you would need to build your own timer.
