I tested this to see if it was working using a valid non-Articulate ID. The email seems to have been accepted but I can't type in this box. No flashing text cursor appears, and it doesn't accept any input.

Hello Andrew,
I'm happy to help! I appreciate you sharing what you see on your end.
I ran some tests with a non-Articulate ID email with the same settings as you have, and I could enter comments.
If you're already using the latest version of a supported browser, I recommend clearing your browser cookies or cache and seeing if it helps.
If the issue persists, could I have you connect with us in a case so we can determine what's happening? We'll reach out soon after we hear from you.

Hi Eric,
We are having the same issue, we are not able to add any comments.

Hi Saurabh,
Happy to help!
Since we no longer see other users reporting this issue, would you mind sharing a quick Peek 360 recording of the behavior you're experiencing to help us understand what's happening?
Also, I'd like to ask if you know if this is happening to all of your Review 360 courses. And, is your course configured to allow comments from users without Articulate IDs?
Feel free to open a case with our support team here if you prefer to connect with a support engineer who can help troubleshoot the issue privately!
