Insert

I have been trying to insert characters and markers with no success. I get an error message when trying to download characters. The markers are not visible to me in the drop-down menu to know what they are before clicking. Any ideals on the why?

    First, make sure you are working from your C:\ drive, not a shared location (I'm looking at you, OneDrive...). (Most users have Storyline installed to C:\Documents\ where it creates a file called " My Articulate Projects.") Second, I would verify that you have a stable and adequate internet connection. Once these are confirmed, try rebooting your system and not running any programs other than Storyline.

    In addition to the steps Joe shared, it’s possible the network endpoints may need to be enabled. You might need help from your IT team on this! Please check if port 443 is open. If not, ask them to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's 'allowlist'.
