Insert Text Button Doesn't Work
Whenever I click "Insert Text" I get this pop-up ad for AI slop. There must be a bug because that button has been there for over 10 years and it used to just give me just a normal text box. Is anyone else having a similar issue?
The items on the INSERT ribbon have been rearranged to accommodate the AI Assistant.
If you insert by clicking the Text Box button in the Text section of the ribbon, you won't be bothered by the AI Assistant.
By the way, if you just have a free trial of the AI and are sure you don't want it, you can have Articulate turn it off: Articulate 360: Managing Your Profile and Account | Articulate - Community
Judy I sincerely appreciate your reply, and now I almost feel bad about creating this post in the fist place because you have responded in earnest to what I intended to be a sarcastic joke criticizing Articulate's abhorrent decision to replace the default buttons on their application with AI slop.
I know how easy it can be to click in a given area without noticing changes, so I didn't realize your post was sarcastic. Oh well.
BTW, I also wish that the AI tools weren't blended into the INSERT ribbons. I think it'd be better to have them in a separate AI ribbon.
