LIghtbox size issue
Hello. I'm trying to use lightboxes in a storyline course and the size of the lightbox is the same as the underlying slide. Initially I had imported a PPT presentation and thought that was the cause. But I also tried to build a new scene and am still having the same problem. I've attached the test below with screen shots of the first slide and then what is supposed to be a lightbox of slide 1.2. Can anyone help? Thanks.

To resolve the lightbox size issue in your Storyline course, ensure that the lightbox is set to display in a customizable size rather than defaulting to the slide's size. Adjust the slide dimensions and manually set the lightbox to a custom size if needed. Double-check the lightbox settings to confirm it's set to open as an overlay, and not a full slide. If the problem persists, review the triggers and make sure they are properly set. You can also find more information on troubleshooting such issues on Turhost.

HeatherShank-Gi : The lightbox size partly depends on the size of the browser window, as well as on whether the built-in menu is shown.
In the examples you posted, the window is quite wide. But when the window is closer to the aspect ratio of the project, the lightboxed slide is a bit smaller than the slide.
When the menu is shown, the lightbox size is based on the entire player. With the browser size in this example, the lightbox appears larger than the main slide.

If the lightboxed content doesn't need to be available from multiple slides, you could put it in a Dialog layer instead. That type of layer "covers" the Player like a lightbox does. Here's more info: https://access.articulate.com/support/article/Storyline-360-Dialog-Layers
