LIghtbox size issue
HeatherShank-Gi : The lightbox size partly depends on the size of the browser window, as well as on whether the built-in menu is shown.
In the examples you posted, the window is quite wide. But when the window is closer to the aspect ratio of the project, the lightboxed slide is a bit smaller than the slide.
When the menu is shown, the lightbox size is based on the entire player. With the browser size in this example, the lightbox appears larger than the main slide.

If the lightboxed content doesn't need to be available from multiple slides, you could put it in a Dialog layer instead. That type of layer "covers" the Player like a lightbox does. Here's more info: https://access.articulate.com/support/article/Storyline-360-Dialog-Layers
