Articulate Programs not installing after Desktop App issue and reinstall.

Hello, 

 

This is frustrating, as my Articulate 360 app was not showing all my installed articulate apps. So we followed some of the suggestions on this forum uninstalled the desktop app which removed all the programs and did the cleanup.bat. I reinstalled the desktop app now none of the Articulate apps are installed.  I need to get back up and running asap. The desktop app is still as it was before the uninstall.  Can I download the programs separately? Please advise, can someone help?

  • This issue was resolved by support by logging out of the desktop app and signing back in the programs populated and downloaded.

        I am having the same issue of the desktop apps not populating.  What is the solution here?

  • I am also having the same problem. I just submitted a support case. I also logged out through my web browser and then logged back in to see if that would fix the issue. No luck. I can open storyline by directly using the .exe file or by opening the .story file, but any action that tries to connect to the internet gives me an error.


    I just saw this response from @charesragucci and it seems to have worked.
