I'm having an issue with my 360-degree guided tour. Previously, the first hotspot would only display its associated content when clicked. Now, it automatically triggers as soon as the slide starts, showing the content before the base layer instructions are complete. I haven't added any new triggers except for the one that should display the content when the hotspot is clicked. How can I adjust this so the content only appears when the user clicks the hotspot?Retaking courses created in Storyline after completing them
Hi, I'm new to the community so appreciate your patience. We created eLearning courses in Storyline (v3.85.31840.0) that are hosted on Relias. Learners currently have to go through the course and complete an exam to receive credit. Some of our learners have asked about going back and reviewing information in the courses. However, when they attempt to do so, they are being forced to take the entire course over again. Is there a way of setting the course up so the learners are required to complete it in a specific order but after completion they can go back and jump to any lesson? I've already reached out to your support team about this last year, but nothing is resolved and I am in a frustrating position of not being able to publish anything through Studio. The issue: I have a presentation that is French, and a presentation in English. They are a translated version of the same presentation, saved as two separate files with different names. I publish one at a time, then move them into a separate folder before publishing the next one. When I publish them individually, somehow Articulate is swapping some slides from each presentation, and using the French version in English and vice versa. The presentation file itself is perfectly fine, with no exchanged slides, yet every time I publish, this happens. It happens with every single presentation that is translated. What I have done so far: Submitted a case to Articulate support Uninstalled Articulate Cleared the Articulate cache Purchased an entire new laptop I have not had this issue with Storyline or Rise, yet.How to retrieve/Export deleted review comments from the Articulate Review URL
Dear Articulate, We would like to retrieve/export the Deleted review comments from the REview URL. Currently we can export the review comments that are resolved or that are not deleted from the review tabs. Can you please implement this feature so that, we can download a consolidated Excel sheet from the download option? This feature is required to understand the review process from SME and other content review team members and plan and improvise the production process for the next project. Greetings Heroes! The only thread I can find on this topic was from 9 years ago w the Amazing Ashley T. It seems in this world of HD and 4K, Replay still only has a "best" fps setting of 15? Is this still the case? Any reason why, if so? Thanks! E Hoke Senior eLearning Developer
