Storyline Desktop App not loading Content from Library

Happy to help!That error usually means your network is blocking access to the endpoints needed to generate the thumbnails in Content Library 360. Please ask your network admin to add all the endpoints listed in this article to fix the issue. Let me know how it goes!

This issue also occurs over a VPN connection from time to time. The workaround is to log off the VPN, reboot the system, then ensure that your regular internet connection works and is able to access the SL / Articulate sites. (Open a *.story file and see if you can access the content library materials.) If they are "openable" and accessible, then establish a VPN connection. The Articulate connection should remain stable.
This problem doesn't seem to occur apart from VPN issues for us, though we did ensure that the network endpoints are all approved.
