I have this slide that I am trying to allow people to make their choices and I would love for it to reset after the pop up response so they can make a different choice, but I can't seem to get it to work. Any suggestions? Hello Just working on a course and each time I am in preview some of my assessment questions lose all interactivity. It seems to be a different question each time. Nothing is registering as clickable / any interactivity, except the submit button. I have tried a number of times and the question that it is affecting is changing each time. I have gone back and checked the slides are correct, they are, checked the triggers, they are and also putting it into review where the same issue occurs. I have also saved, closed and reopened the file, restarted my computer and checked for updates (there are none). Can anyone help?12Views0likes3CommentsReview - Losing sound randomly?
When sending the course for customer review in Review 360, if they pause the seek bar to make a comment or scrub the seek bar to review a portion of the slide, the audio goes away - this has happened on a number of occasions. (See attached comments) Once they restart the slide the audio works again, but it is causing a lot of frustration. Hi, Are there steps I can take to resolve comments not attaching to correct slides in Review360? This happens intermittently with several users. I have several SMEs reviewing Storyline360 courses on the Review360 site. They are working remotely (on the corporate network, using corporate laptops) and onsite. Any help would be appreciated. I was asked to provide comments on a lengthy eLearning. I have successfully posted each comment to its appropriate slide prior to this. I closed everything out, signed in again, restarted my computer, but no matter what I did, the comments would not post to the correct slide. Then 3 weeks ago, one of my reviewers had the same issue on a different eLearning. What can I do to ensure the comments post on the correct slide? It is very time consuming to go in and re-review and match which comment goes to which slide. I put in a ticket for this but wondered if anyone else has experienced this: The comments are not aligned with the screenshots in R360. I've attached a video explainer of the process. Hopefully, this is an easy fix. It makes no sense. It seems to be screenshotting the top of the block instead of where I am showing it. Firefox works. Chrome and Edge do not. This is super frustrating, especially for the SMEs, who don't want to have to take extra steps or use a new browser. Hi everyone, I'm encountering an issue with sharing modules for review in Review 360. After generating the review link in Storyline, I made sure to check the box that allows users without Articulate IDs to comment. However, neither my SMEs nor I are able to leave comments. The entire comment section is grayed out, and there's no option to add or resolve comments. Has anyone experienced this before or have any tips on how to fix it?
