Sharing Review links to Rise from one team member to another?
Greetings, I noticed something a little odd. When I publish a course in Review, no one else can access them with Rise, even if 1) the Rise course is shared between team members and 2) the articulate license includes me and the rest of the team. Let's say I make Storyline self-contained activities and publish them to Review, while my colleague works on a Rise course. Well, I noticed that they cannot access those activities in Review when trying to create a Storyline interactive block, because they didn't publish the Storyline activities to Review; I did. I tried duplicating one activity into the Team folder in Review, but they still couldn't access it. How did we resolve this? By asking them to share the Rise course, so I personally could either add the Storyline interactive block, with access to the corresponding Review link, or change the Review link from theirs to mine. Is there a way to share published courses in Review so that team members working on Rise could access them for integration? That would help greatly. Thanks in advance :)Solved22Views0likes1CommentStop comment notifications for reviewers without Articulate ID
Hi everyone, I've sent a review 360 link to coworkers who do not have Articulate IDs. They have commented extensively on my course and I've been answering them so everyone is kept in the loop about changes and can discuss. However, I've received several complaints from coworkers receiving a large amount of notifications for comments (makes sense, we've been discussing a lot in the comments section). Now, even though there is a link at the end of the email they can click to unsubscribe/change settings for notifications, they are then asked to log in. Since they do not have an Articulate ID, this is not possible and they end up having to delete every single notification email. Is the only way to unsubscribe from notifications to register with Articulate? Or is there some other, simpler solution available?37Views0likes54CommentsReview 360: how to filter tagged comments
Is there a way to filter comments, or identify comments that have been tagged for a specific user? The user may have added a large number of comments to Review so their name appears multiple times, but how can we identify a comment they have been specifically tagged in?4Views0likes1CommentNo "Download Project File" Button
Hello everyone According to this article: https://access.articulate.com/support/article/Storyline-360-Cloud-Backup There is a "Download Project File" button on Review 360: But I don't see the button on my browser: How can I download the Storyline file from Review 360?24Views1like4CommentsBest way to get feedback/workshop content with SMEs
I'm starting a project that involves a lot of SMEs contributing content, and I know there will be plenty of back and forth to get the language just right. What’s the best way to handle this? In the past, we’ve used Word storyboards with track changes, but it’s hard for SMEs to visualise, and it takes ages to format. I’ve also used Review 360 in Rise, but the feedback screenshots often end up in the wrong spot, making it confusing to know what the SME is referring to. A colleague suggested Storyline might be better for reviews. Is that true? Or should I just export as a PDF and get feedback that way?65Views1like2CommentsRequest for course review - uploaded to Review 360
Hello - Based on the feedback I received from those that reviewed my previous version, I revised the course and made several other changes since it lacked in many ways. The course has been uploaded on to Review 360, which it titled Work-Life Balance (Rev. 2) --- see link below. Can one of the many ID experts please review this new version and provide additional feedback? Please be brutally honest since I need to learn from my mistakes. Thank you for your time and expertise! Does anyone know if it is possible to transfer a course that has been uploaded to Review 360 and comments have already been posted? There is a course that was created by another ID that they loaded to Review 360 and people have started to make comments on the course. I need to assume ownership of that course to make updates but don't want to lose the comments that have already been made. I know I could have the current ID download all the comments to a .csv or .pdf but I'd prefer to not do that and keep everything as is. Is this possible and if so, how?14Views0likes3CommentsRequesting Rise 360 Course Review - PLEASE HELP
Hello, I posted a discussion back on Aug. 27th but didn't get any replies as of yet. I'm wondering if someone from the E-Learning Heroes Community staff could please review my course (Work-Life Balance - See link below) that I uploaded to Review 360. Unfortunately, I don't have anyone else to review so your feedback is very much needed. Please be honest, brutal even. I take constructive criticism well and would like to be told where it lacks since I am wanting to add this course to my LinkedIn portfolio for potential employers to view. Not sure if the link in my previous discussion was not working and that is why I haven't gotten any replies, so please let me know if the link below is not working. Thank you in advance for your time! Work-Life Balance (Please Review)37Views0likes2CommentsSharing a Review 360 folder
So I have created a folder in Review 360 and placed 12 presentations for a client project within it. I want to share the folder with the client (i.e. as one link) rather than having to copy and paste 12 separate links to the files into an email, which is tedious and backward IMHO. The client doesn't have an Articulate account by the way, in case that's relevant. Is there a way to share a folder rather than the separate files? If not, there should be... Everything is awesome. Thank you.7Views0likes6Comments
