Subject: Issue with Video Link Broken in Review Mode Dear Articulate Support Team, I am experiencing an issue with videos in Articulate Rise 360. While videos uploaded from other platforms work fine, videos generated from Vyond are not displaying correctly when previewed in Review mode. They appear with a broken link. The videos themselves play normally when added to the course, but when I generate a Review, the link to the video breaks. I have tested other videos, and they work perfectly, so the issue seems specific to those created in Vyond. Could you please help me diagnose the cause of this problem? What steps can I take to ensure the videos from Vyond display properly in the Review mode? Any suggestions or guidance on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Equipment/Software: Storyline360 v3.87.32265.0 Dell Precision 7560, Windows 11 Enterprise 23H2 My *.story files are on OneDrive, but ALL of my major projects are, with no problems. I have a Storyline 360 project with 7 Scenes in it Scene 1 contains intro and exit, surrounding a main menu. The main menu has buttons to branch off to each of the 6 topic scenes. Once all scenes are completed, the learner can continue to the exit in scene 1. There are no extraneous or unused scenes in the project. The menu in the player has been properly trimmed to only look at the active scenes. I am able to Preview any one scene, and any combination of Main scene (1) and any other scene. I can use the menu to navigate to the secondary scene and back again. it all seems to work fine individually, and in groups of scenes. And, when I select ALL the Scenes and preview it works fine. However, when I try to publish or preview the Entire Project it goes through all the steps, I even get a Publish Successful screen. When it attempts to load the course in Review360 and just sits with a black screen and three dots loading. And that is what it does with Preview Entire Project, without involving Review360. That is all it does. 3 dots marching. I have an earlier build of the course that was published to Review360 successfully, so the course was working yesterday. then with some additions and changes this condition developed. I do not see any problems with the individual changes I made. I have rebooted, restarted everything, and the condition persists. Other projects are working fine. The Diagnostics panel/logs is clear, no message. I am not sure how to approach troubleshooting this since all the individual pieces work fine. I don't know what the net difference is between selecting ALL the scenes, and just picking Entire Project.Solved23Views0likes3CommentsArticulate Review Notification Issue
Hello, My colleague and I have noticed that we are not receiving e-mail notifications from Articulate review when our clients are leaving comments. This issue seems to occur when the notification frequency setting is set to "hourly". Once we changed the setting to "instantly", we received all the notifications we didn't get previously all in one e-mail. Additionally, we tested the "instant" notification to see if it works properly and it does. We did not test the "daily" option. Trying to have a 360 image with its Storyline functionality available in a RISE 360 presentation. Embeded the Storyline block, but the 360 image does not come across to RISE, although it works as expected in Review 360. Any suggestions of how to make this work?Interactive breaking on Review 360
Hi- I have created a simple interactive video with two scenes and a total of five slides. Each slide has a few hotspots on it leading to the other slides. Reviewing the work in the preview section everything works fine but when I publish it via the Review 360 link all the interactivity breaks. I have tried to re-publish it again and have tried the links on different devices, chrome and edge as well as in incognito mode. We are on a trial of the new Localization feature and my Validator was doing making edit/suggestions in Review 360 for the first two lessons in the course. Hello E-learning Heroes! Has anyone possibly encountered an issue with no longer receiving notifications in your outlook when someone makes a comment or provides feedback on your project? I have contacted my IT department and they have advised that the email is not blocked. My teammates are getting the automated messages from notifications-no-reply@articulate.com.
