Hello everyone, I need help with having some back ground music play on only the first 4 slides when the scene 1 starts- (Articulate Storyline 360) Currently my experience is if I insert background music, it attaches to the entire project- all slides, and I have to go back to my million other slides and silence the unneeded music audio playing. Not the most efficient use of my time- How do I customize to have the background music play on ONLY the first 4 slides in Scene 1? Please feedback very much appreciated. Hello all, My team and I have been trying to publish some storyline files to review today, but we keep getting an error. I didn't see anything on the Articulate Status page, so I thought I would check in here to see if anyone else is having this issue today? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!Solved605Views6likes20CommentsAnnotations in the Review Link
My team and I are wondering if there is a way to disable the annotation ability in a Review Link. Unfortunately, we have some 'interesting' items appear in our reviews when this feature is used. Any suggestions or assistance are appreciated. Thank you.58Views0likes5CommentsIntroducing Annotated Screenshots in Review360
We've added Annotated Screenshots to Review 360, which improves how reviewers provide feedback to course authors. This feature enables reviewers to add annotations directly onto screenshots of course content. Reviewers can capture images while giving feedback and use various tools to mark them up—including text, boxes, arrows, lines, and freehand drawing. Each annotated image connects to its related comment, making it easier for authors to understand exactly what needs changing. How to use this feature. This is currently a beta feature while we collect feedback and monitor usage.832Views18likes11CommentsUnable to publish Articulate 360 project to Review 360 when I add a video to any slide (MP3 720).
When I publish a course (not all courses just this one) and add a video to it the file says uploading (see above) but never ends. If I remove any video (tried many and different formats) it can then publish. Since it can publish without video it is not a firewall issue. Since I tried different videos it is not a problem with the video itself. Anything else to try?14Views0likes1CommentComments Disappearing After Submission in Review 360
Hi, I’m experiencing a problem with Review 360 where reviewers are posting comments, but these seem to disappear very quickly after being posted. While the reviewer believes they have submitted their review, I’m left with an empty review course. I’ve confirmed that this has happened with two different people on the same course. They have checked the review links, and the comments are also not showing up for them. What makes it even stranger is that other people have been able to successfully post their comments on this course. For these comments, I’ve received notifications in my email, but I’m not notified about the disappearing ones. I’ve already seen multiple threads regarding this issue on this forum, but no fix is mentioned anywhere. I’ve tried enabling resolved comments, turning comments off and on again, but to no avail. Do you have any possible fixes? Thanks!76Views0likes9CommentsIssue with Home Page on Rise/Review 360
I have built a few modules in Rise 360, and a new issue has occurred where I am unable to scroll on the 'Home' page that launches when the course opens primarily. This also happens when I go into the 'Theme' tab on Rise 360 as well as when I upload a new version of the module to Review 360 and open it there. I can click on the 'Start Course' button and the content will appear as intended starting with the first lesson, but since the main 'Home' page isn't loading properly and there seems to be no fix that I can find I figured that I would reach out. This issue has happened outside of the initial module where the issue was identified as well, so I am wondering if this is a bug that needs to be fixed by Articulate.Rise custom blocks - mobile view
Hi, we are designing a course using custom blocks - which look great! However, when we are previewing this on a mobile device, the text seems to shrink really small and is unreadable due to this. When we're designing it in Rise, the font size is 16 - the same as the font size in all the normal blocks. The normal blocks look great when previewed, it's just the custom blocks that seem to shrink the font size. Help please!
