Hello Community, I’m experiencing a performance issue in an Articulate Storyline course, when reviewing this course on review link and need technical guidance. Course details: ~250 content slides 55 assessment questions Structure: Pre-assessment → Course → Post-assessment For alpha review, all 55 questions were kept open/visible in the pre and post-assessment, and reviewing course from review link. Issue: When reviewing this course from review link, If I attempts all (or most) of the 55 questions first and then proceeds to the course, slide loading becomes very slow after ~50–60% course completion. Navigation turns sluggish and remaining slides take a long time to load. Query: Does Storyline retain assessment data in memory until course exit? Any recommended best practices or solution on this? Looking forward to technical insights or similar experiences. Thanks,12Views0likes1CommentNot receiving email notifications for comments in Review
This week I sent a Review link, but none of the comments has generated an email. I've checked all the settings and I should be receiving instant notification when a comment is left in Review. This feature has worked in the past, and I'm working in the latest version of Review. Any ideas for a fix?317Views0likes42CommentsAccess Denied error in Rise code blocks (Review 360)
Rise code blocks are throwing an Access Denied error in Review 360 on one of my courses. Here's what I've found through troubleshooting: It only happens in Review 360. Totally fine in web and SCORM output. It's only happening in an existing course when we've pulled in a working code block template in from our block library. When I build a new course from scratch, the code block breaks when I try to copy in a lesson from the problem course (even if that lesson does not contain any code blocks). The issue persists even when I scrub any external HTTP links from the code, so I think it's an issue with Review 360 not a true permissions issue. One solution I'm considering would be to rebuild that course from scratch, pulling in block templates back one at a time, but that would be pretty tedious. Anyone else running into this issue?Solved200Views0likes6CommentsNew Custom Rise Blocks not Appearing in Review
I just created and used my first custom Rise blocks--excited about this feature so I don't have to jump into Storyline to create simple interactions. One issue is that the custom interactions aren't showing in the review link I've created. I can seem them in preview mode in the course but not in review. There's no placeholder etc. It just looks as if it doesn't exist. Is this a known bug?543Views8likes18CommentsArticulate Storyline, Review 360 Access on an I pad
I'd like to understand why it is I cannot access https://360.articulate.com/review from the Ipad. I can access review 360 content from everything even my iPhones even my old Iphone11, but not this Ipad Tenth Gen. Why? The answer is the Ipad needed the latest IOS update 18.7.3. Now another query related to Ipads, is there any way I situate a storyline project file locally and run the story.html file on an Ipad? And if not, why??Proxima Nova font issue
Hi all, I have a client whose branding font is Proxima Nova, and I need to develop a course in Storyline using this font. Has anyone found a reliable way to make Proxima Nova work correctly? In review 360 and LMS. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!72Views0likes5CommentsReview link not working

Hi, Has anyone else experienced issues where a colleague is accessing a course via Review 360 (added via email and shared link as they are not license holders), and the comments they are trying to leave as feedback are not posting? This is the information they sent me: I have logged in on my side, and there's no feedback recorded, no emails have triggered to me either. I can't work out if this is an issue with my IT systems or if it is an Articulate glitch. Any help would be appreciated!62Views0likes4Comments
