How do you backup your Rise content?

How do you backup your Rise content?

Hi All,

I find it really hard to believe that there is still no functionality of backing up raw Rise content to allow for future edits. We have also been duplicating files but with a high volume of courses this has the potential to be become very problematic. Does anyone have any other solutions?? Thanks, Kim

    Hello Kim,

    Thanks for reaching out! We have recently released the new snapshot feature in Rise 360, which allows you to save and restore your work with a click via an easy-to-access version list that captures manual saves and export events.

    Let me know if this new feature caters to your need to back up raw Rise content or if you have another functionality in mind. I'd be happy to inform our product team as needed.
