Thanks! In the article it mentions the apple built in voice over programme which i tried, but it didn't work. Also, i have an apple macbook and all of the other programmes are for windows. Do you have an idea why it wouldn't work with the apple voiceover?

Hello MagnusvandeKamp,
I’m sorry you're running into this! I understand that you’re experiencing issues with ALT Text not being announced in your Rise 360 course, in both a browser-based reader (Chrome) and with VoiceOver. I know that's frustrating. Happy to learn more!
- Have you enabled the system-wide keyboard accessibility settings on your Mac?
- What keystrokes/patterns are you currently using on your keyboard?
As a troubleshooting step, I'd like to suggest you use this Keyboard Shortcut Guide for VoiceOver to double-check that you're using the right shortcuts.
If you're still experiencing this behavior, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your setup and a screen recording of your test within a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
