How to add audio to Rise 360 Snapshot
I've created a snapshot that is complete but there is no audio. How do I add existing audio voice to this snapshot for all the written content?

Hello tmiller15
Glad to see Karl assisting you here!
I want to confirm that a Snapshot captures the course exactly as it existed at the moment the Snapshot was created. Whenever Rise 360 detects changes, such as adding or removing content, you can create a new Snapshot. Existing Snapshots can't be edited or have new media added later, so any audio you'd like included must be added to the Rise 360 course itself first.
I recommend following these steps:
1. Open the lesson you'd like to edit within your course.
2. Insert the audio you need into your course via an Audio Block, a Generate AI Audio Block, or using the AI settings within supported blocks.
3. Then, open the Snapshots menu next to the title in the upper left and click Save snapshot.
4. Enter a name for the new Snapshot and click Save.
Here's a visual of this in action!
If you have any questions or are looking to accomplish something different, please let us know!

A Snapshot is a copy of a course as it existed with all its media at the time the snapshot was made.
You can make a new snapshot, but you cannot add to an previous snapshot.
