How to add enable poster image in Rise video

I would like to add a poster image to a video in rise. Currently i am unable to add this in rise but i can see the example in the Rise template. Could you guide us how to enable poster image in MP4 ...

Hi SibaPrasad,

Unfortunately, there's not currently a way to add a poster frame to videos in Rise 360. The best way to do this right now is to add the poster frame to your video before you upload it. 

That being said, we do have a feature request logged for this so I'll add your voice to that discussion.

In the meantime, if there's anything else I can do to help, please let me know!

    What is a "poster frame"? I only see that term referenced in PowerPoint tutorials.

      Hi, Damian! The poster frame is the image displayed until the user hits the play button. I hope this helps!
