How to add Try Again to Multiple Answer Questions

Hi I'm trying to set up a quiz where learners have to get all the correct answers to progress and if they only select one correct (or one correct and one wrong for example) they're taken to the try again layer. But try as I might I can't seem to get the try again layer to appear. Any help please? I've included a .story of what I mean
