How to animate a card flip?

I want to animate a card that flips when the user clicks, something like a memory card. By just changing the states, the card has no movement and the animation paths in storyline s...
I put in a feature request over a year ago to have this be a built in function like Rise and other programs have. Not sure whatever happened with it. We should not have to create all these steps for a simple action that should be built into the product.
