How to convert an image from png to .cur or .ani

There are lots of converters out there. I have used this one here before to create both curor images and app icons.

I think there is also a Photoshop plugin to convert to .ico

Matthew the converter is useless you can make a .cur but they don't even line up with the cursor position properly!
