How to create a calendar date picker in storyline

Hi there

I am trying to create a date picker in Storyline as I am creating a software simulation where you book and outcome appointments. 

I have fond this calendar online but cannot for the life of me work out how to get the correct code into an index.html file to then insert it into my course.

I have only a passing and limited understanding of HTML and javascript.  Probably going about it all wrong.  Can someone please help!
