How to create a gif

Hi Sheila,
Creating a GIF is pretty simple, with lots of available free screen capture tools out there, so it's not natively built into Rise. Once you create a GIF, you can insert it into Rise as a standard image file and it'll work beautifully.
I typically use an external tool like SnagIt to create a GIF, but I'm curious what other tools the community relies on!
